4. AI-Generated Communications

13.1. These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New Haven, Connecticut .
